Orders & Delivery

How can I track my order?

You can conveniently track your order by reaching out to us via WhatsApp or by navigating to "All Orders" in your account on our website.

What are the delivery

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders above Rs 1499. Your exquisite home decor pieces will arrive at no extra cost.

How long will I have to wait to receive my order?

Shipping time varies according to location; our standard delivery time is 4-7 business days.

While we strive to deliver on time, please note that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

I wasn't available to collect my order. What should I do now?

Our delivery agents will make three attempts to deliver your order.

After a failed attempt, you will have the opportunity to choose a convenient date and time for delivery that suits your schedule.

Returns & Exchanges

What is Neelaya's Return and Exchange Policy?

3 Days return and replacement

Note

1. Products cannot be exchanged/returned/replaced once they have been used or washed.
2. We offer one free replacement if the product is undamaged. Further replacements incur shipping charges.

How do I initiate a return?

Kindly mention your order ID, share product images and help us understand the reason behind the return.

What is Neelaya's Refund Policy?

Refunds are initiated after receiving the returned shipment.

For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking Transactions:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 4-5 business days after initiation.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions:

  • Refunds can be processed via Vaaree Credits or bank transfer.
  • Refunds to bank accounts will be processed within 7-8 business days.
  • Cash refunds are not allowed for COD orders.
